New Dual and Triple Aqua-Pure® Commercial Systems for High Flow and High Capacity Applications
Announcing the launch of three new systems: ICE260-S, ICE265-S, and Dual Port DP390
ICE260-S and ICE265-S are parallel twin-cartridge systems with a wall-mountable manifold. The manifold includes an inlet shut-off valve, outlet pressure gauge, and outlet flush valve. The new systems serve higher-flow applications that require product water with added scale inhibitor. The flow rate and chlorine capacity for each system is twice the flow rate and chlorine capacity for the corresponding single-cartridge systems, ICE160-S and ICE165-S. Each new system has a NSF modular-system listing with a flow rate of 6.68 gal/min (25.28 lit/min) and a chlorine capacity of 70,000 gallons (264,900 liters). Both systems incorporate Integrated Membrane Pre-Activated Carbon Technology ("IMPACT"). The ICE260-S system has a cyst-rated nylon membrane with bacteria-reduction capability upstream of a carbon block. The ICE265-S system has a longer-life 3.0 micron rated membrane placed upstream of the carbon block. The new spec sheet (that includes both systems) may be found in the Literature section.
The Dual-Port DP390 system serves multiple applications in a foodservice establishment with the highest flow rate and capacity of all Aqua-Pure Commercial Dual-Port systems. The system supplies cold beverage, ice-machine, and coffee applications with a combined chlorine-taste and odor reduction capacity of 162,000 gallons (613,200 liters). The wall-mountable manifold includes an inlet shut-off valve, outlet pressure gauge, and outlet flush valve. The DP390 system includes three parallel NSF modular-system listed HF90 cartridges with Integrated Membrane Pre-Activated Carbon Technology ("IMPACT"). A cyst-rated nylon membrane with bacteria-reduction capability is positioned upstream of a carbon block. Two separate streams exit the manifold. Both streams have reduced sediment and chlorine taste and odor. One stream includes a carefully metered amount of scale inhibitor from a fourth dedicated cartridge for ice machines and coffee brewers. The second stream supplies cold beverage dispensers and includes no added scale inhibitor. The combined product-water flow rate is 15 gal/min (56.8 lit/min).
